Upzone Youth Health Centre
The Upzone Youth Health Centre is located at 18 Treacy Street, Hurstville NSW. Contact phone and fax numbers for the Centre are: phone 02 95709678 and fax 02 9570 7174.
Open Monday and Tuesdays from 9am to 5pm, and Wednesdays and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, the Centre provides free health services for young people aged between 12 -25 years, including a GP clinic, sexual health clinic, clinical psychologist and cannabis clinic. The Upzone Youth Health Centre is coordinated by a registered nurse who is available for ‘drop in’ advice and cervical screening. Assistance with provision of Medicare card is also provided.
